Our priority at Arkessa is the health and safety of our customers, partners, suppliers and employees. With the growing concerns around COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we want to reassure them all that we have strong contingency plans in place should the spread of the virus escalate.
As governments evaluate and raise risk levels globally, we continue to take precautionary measures internally to limit the spread of the virus and ensure we are able to provide continuity of service.
Arkessa operates a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) certified to ISO22301 international standards. Our mitigation measures include limiting all physical contact (i.e. handshaking) and non-essential business travel. Our teams are fully equipped with remote working capabilities with access to all of our systems and we will be moving the majority of our meetings and interactions online. Employees are instructed to report and self-isolate if they display signs of the virus as per current government guidelines.
Our stock levels are being reviewed in anticipation of longer than usual lead times and we would like to reassure our customers and partners that business will continue to move forward as usual. It is always our aim to provide the highest level of service, and this is especially important during this period of uncertainty.
